Lower Body Stretches On An Exercise Mat

In this short, concise video, Coach Nicole will lead you on a brief exercise mat routine to stretch your lower body. This routine will cover quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes. Properly stretching your lower body can reduce the risk of injury and greatly improve the efficiency and quality of your workout routine.
Never skip such stretching routines because of impatience or lack of appreciation for the importance of a good stretching routine.
